Salah satu kelompok musik rock paling berhasil di tahun 1990 dan dianggap pilar musik grunge yang juga terkenal atas sikap anti mainstream, Pearl Jam dari Seattle, Amerika akan merayakan tahun terbentuk band ke 20 tahun dengan cara yang besar. 


Sebagai simbolik dengan mengagendakan Pearl Jam Dua puluh (PJ20). Band akan merilis film PJ20 yang disutradarai oleh Cameron Crowe. Sebuah film yang menunjukkan berbagai rekaman video konser, rekaman studio dan wawancara Pearl Jam dari 20 tahun terakhir sejak awal band. Diketahui tidak ada tanggal rilis film dokumenter tersebut. 


 Film juga akan menyertakan buku yang dibuat khusus untuk merayakan tahun terbentuk band. Buku PJ20 ditulis oleh jurnalis Billboard, Jonathan Cohen dan Mark Wilkerson yang rilis melalui Simon & Schuster pada 13 September. Selain itu Pearl Jam memberikan lagu berjudul Ole yang telah disiapkan oleh mereka menuju rilis film PJ20. 


Lagu baru Pearl Jam ini diberikan secara gratis. Unduh Ole disini. Ditambahkan lagi Pearl Jam menegaskan bahwasannya tahun ini para penggemar akan menikmati rilis ulang dari VS (1993) dan Vitalogy (1994). Melengkapi perayaan tahun terbentuk Pearl Jam diketahui melangsungkan tur yang juga dinamakan Festival PJ20. Festival yang menampilkan Pearl Jam yang didukung diantaranya bersama The Strokes ataupun Queens of the Stone Age. Simak trailer film PJ20 dibawah ini.
