Ini salah satu fitur beberapa era grunge / punk rock supergroup. The Holez adalah Courtney Love dari Hole dengan Pat Smear dari band punk California The Germs (yang juga direkam / tur dengan Nirvana sekitar waktu ini) ditambahkan ke lineup. Monkeywrench adalah Mark Arm dan Steve Turner dari Mudhoney, bersama dengan Tim Kerr (Boys Big, Poison 13) Thom Price dari band legenda Seattle Gas Huffer dan Martin Bland (Lubricated Goat) pada drum.


Kedua band bermain mengcover The Germs, sehingga memiliki gitaris The Germs yang sebenarnya di tangan untuk satu lagu tampaknya seperti ide yang baik, dan mereka meniru seni The Germs dengan cover album  berwarna hitam dengan lingkaran biru.


Rupanya ini dirilis pada akhir tahun 1995, meskipun direkam pada tahun 1992, dan lagu-lagu ini muncul di sebuah tribute album The Germs.
